So, which season will it be?
May, June
The GR34 coastal path starts at the edge of the estate, and you'll have it almost to yourself. Back from your walk, the heated indoor water park is waiting, even when the Breton sky changes its mind.
July, August
The beach just 50 metres away, children who never want to come back in, kids' clubs for every age, and evenings that stretch on long after sunset.
Early September
The beach grows quieter, golden light on everything, water that's still mild, and the shuttle to the La Torche surf school.
La Plage, just as the name says
Barely 50 metres between your terrace and the sand of Le Ster beach. Here, the car stays in the car park.
- The GR34 runs right through the estate. The Sentier des Douaniers coastal path starts at the end of the lane, in both directions.
- A heated indoor water park. For grey mornings and evening swims. And a heated outdoor pool with slides for all the other days.
- La Torche within paddling distance. A shuttle takes you to the surf school, on one of Europe's best-known surf spots.
Where to drop your bags
As a couple, with family or with friends, everyone finds their place here. Le Ster beach is never far away.
Premium cottages: Up to 6 people. After a day outdoors, you come back to redesigned spaces, inside and out on the terrace: premium bedding with beds of at least 160 cm, linen provided, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. They sit along quiet lanes, and end-of-stay cleaning is included, just like in a hotel. And some come with a private spa on the terrace, to ease your legs after a day on the GR34.
Cottages For the whole family, a few steps from the beach and the pools. Inside, every square metre is designed for your comfort. Outside, the terrace becomes the meeting point for evenings with family or friends.
The treehouse For a weekend or a week, you sleep high up in the trees, lulled by the wind in the leaves. The kind of stay children are still talking about when school starts again.

Pitches: Spacious and clearly marked out, they give you all the privacy you want, with or without electricity. A recent sanitary block is just a few steps away.

How much is the discount?
Up to 10%. The rate varies with the period, availability and accommodation. You see it when you book.
Is it valid all season?
For rentals, early booking can apply throughout the season, from 3 May to 12 September 2027, depending on the accommodation and dates. For pitches, the discount applies only outside the high season (before 3 July and from 28 August 2027).
Can it be combined with another discount?
No, early booking cannot be combined with other offers.
Can I have the same cottage as last year?
Yes, with the accommodation choice option, offered for an extra charge when you book. Allocations are made in order of booking.
