Treatments inspired by the Breton ocean

In Brittany, seaweed has long been recognised for its natural benefits. Our treatment menu celebrates this heritage: body massages, facials, a variety of massage techniques — Californian, Thai, Chinese reflexology — as well as signature treatments such as “La Plage 60’”, combining body scrub, facial and back massage for a complete escape.

Each treatment is designed to meet a specific need: relieving tension after an active day, restoring lightness, nourishing and enhancing the skin. Hand and foot care, reflexology and waxing complete the offer, so everything is taken care of, from head to toe.

Children aged 8 and over are also welcome, for a gentle introduction to wellness — a special moment to share as a family during your holiday in South Finistère.

Sauna & fitness room — take it further

Beyond treatments, the wellness area also includes a sauna for deep relaxation and a detoxifying experience — ideal after a day outdoors or to extend the benefits of a massage.

For those who wish to stay active during their holiday, a fully equipped fitness room is also available.

The sauna and fitness room are freely accessible. Keys are available at reception — simple, flexible access, at your own pace.
